Please rename artwork with Size & Quantity before upload, e.g. A 24in(W)x72in(H)=1pc, B 12in(W)x32in(H)=2pcs etc.
 
  1. All orders with Solvent Ink 720 & 1200 Dpi, strictly no refund, no reject as solvent ink is only for outdoor usage, if your customer wants something high quality please go for UV, Eco Solvent or Epson Ink.
  2. All of the finished goods may not be 100% in actual size, some of the material will be different in 0.5inches - inches due to the different type of finishing and the size of the material. Finishing for outdoor usage will not be 100% perfectly done.
  3. The outcome of color of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork. As our machine ink and material is from China. Normally the outcome color range is different within 10% -20%.
  4. For repeat order item, you will need to bring back a sample which previously printed by us with the same machine and material and remark colour need to follow sample, we will try to follow as close to the provided sample, but will not be 100%, we will inform you if we are not able to follow the previous colour.
